BAC.900 P pita production line with changable rolling cutter for different size pitabread making , The pita capacity is depend on pita size , machine running speed , sometimes higher capacity means longer proffer and longer tunnel oven , then the customers have to consider the factory space because the full pita line would be much longer , Arabic pita is the most typical and popular pita in the world , during baking in the tunnel oven , the bread would be puff and after baking , there would be cooling system to cool down the pita for package .
